Help With Ordering
We have to admit, although we do love our website, it's not perfect quite yet, it unfortunately doesn't cater for all of our needs as florists at the moment and occasionally we require some extra details. If you find this when placing an order please add them into the notes section (sometimes this section can be missed but it is in the cart before you check out) or follow up with an email to floraandfernlowestoft@gmail.com
Funeral Orders
Delivery Address- Please place the deceased name and address of the funeral home or address that the flowers are being delivered to before the funeral. Pop in the notes in the cart the time of the service or time flowers need to be delivered by and state, which time you have provided.
Gift Orders
Any notes or special instructions for the order eg, knock loudly or avoid school run times. Please place in the notes section in the cart.
Next Day Delivery- Although our website allows any item to be ordered for next day delivery. This is something we are unable to stop form happening on the site, therefore each item has a timeframe for production as certain designs require more time to enable us to order in the flowers and or frames and prepare them. This will be clearly stated on the items description. Please note that opening and delivery times apply too.
